摘　　要：随着世界经济一体化进程的加快以及贸易保护主义的抬头,反倾销措施已经成为各国反对不公平竞争和保护国内产业的重要法律手段。我国对外贸易在迅速增长的同时,也面临着被滥用反倾销措施的严峻挑战。从法律视角出发,深入剖析了我国企业被滥用反倾销措施的严峻形势以及造成这种现状的深层次原因,并有针对性地提出了防范国外滥用反倾销措施的法律对策。With the globalization of the world economy and the reviving of trade protectionism, antidumping has become the major legal means of opposing unfair competition and protecting native industry. As international trade grows quickly, China is faced with the stern challenge of being abusing the measure of anti-dumping. This essay embarks from the legal angle of view, thoroughly analyzes the stern situation of being abusing the measure of anti-dumping and its deep reason, and puts forward some legal countermeasures for preventing foreign countries from abusing the measure of anti-dumping.
