当代中国社会精英与政治精英关系探析

摘　　要：通过分析社会精英与政治精英的关系以及当代中国众多社会精英畸形成长的背景,阐述了当代中国社会精英与政治精英形成的某种程度的相互依赖而非相互促进、相互制约的关系。指出这种相互依赖关系的形成不但与当代中国独特的制度环境有关,而且与中国传统的单一制政治制度路经约束密切相关。为减少这种相互依赖关系的消极影响,提出了几点改善对策。Based on the analysis of the relationship between social elite and political elite, as well as the abnormal growth background of many contemporary Chinese social elite, this paper puts forward that the contemporary Chinese social elites and politicai elites has formed a kind of relationship which is, to a certain degree, of mutual interdependence rather than of promotion of mutual checks and balances. The formation of such relationship is not only related to China＇s unique system environment, but also, more closely, to China＇s traditional single political system. Finally, in order to minimize the negative impact of such interdependent relationship,this paper proposes several measures.
