摘  要:在普通硅酸盐水泥砂浆中加入水性环氧树脂乳液制成水性环氧树脂乳液改性水泥砂浆,测试其拌和物性能,并对各乳液掺量下不同养护条件对改性砂浆性能的影响进行了研究。实验表明,所选乳液具有减水效果。同时,由于乳液掺入后的引气等作用,改性砂浆的密度降低,且凝结时间缩短,但减小的趋势非单调递减。另外,改性砂浆早期力学强度与相应素水泥砂浆相比均有一定程度的下降,但后期强度增长较快。文章中还分析了改性砂浆的养护条件,提出了不同掺量下改性砂浆的最佳养护制度。Waterborne epoxy resin emulsion modified cement mortar was prepared by mixing waterborne epoxy resin emulsion into ordinary Portland cementmortar. The properties of the mixed mortar have been tested. Under different curing condition, the influence of emulsion addition to modified mortar's behavior has been investigated. Experimental results indicated that the emulsion can reduce mixing water. Meanwhile, because of the air entraining function by adding emulsion, modified mortar's density reduced and its setting time shortened, but the reduction tendency was not monotone. What's more, comparing to cement mortar, modified mortar's early mechanical strength decreased to some extent, but its later strength increased. In this paper, the curing regime of modified mortar was also analysed and the optimal curing regime in varying emulsion additions was advised.
