右旋布洛芬凝胶的抗炎镇痛作用

摘　　要：目的考察右旋布洛芬凝胶的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法以角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠辐射热刺激及小鼠醋酸扭体法,观察右旋布洛芬凝胶的局部抗炎、镇痛作用。结果2.5%、4.0%右旋布洛芬凝胶局部涂药能显著抑制角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀及二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀,并能明显提高大鼠对光热刺激的痛阈,减少小鼠醋酸刺激的扭体次数。结论2.5%右旋布洛芬凝胶局部外用具有显著的抗炎、镇痛活性。Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of dexibuprofen gel in murines. Methods Food-pad swelling in rats induced by subcutaneous injection of carrageenan , ear swelling in mice caused by topical smearing of xylene, signs of algesic reaction of the tail exposed to radiant heat in rats and writhing reflex induced by intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid in mice served as models of inflammation and sensation of pain in the murines, respectively. Relevant areas of the skin of the animals were smeared with dexibuprofen gel in different concentrations before the establishment of the models. In rats scheduled to carry the foot-pad swelling model, the part of the skin was smeared with the gel both before and after the setting up of the model. Results 2.5% and 4.0% dexibuprofen gel smeared topically was shown to dramatically suppress the carrageenan-induced foot pad swelling in rats and ear swelling caused by xylene in mice. The drug could also strikingly heighten the pain threshold in response to radiant heat in rats and decrease the writhings of the body induced by intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid in mice. Conclusion Dexibuprofen gel applied topically was shown to have notable anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
