摘 要:目的考察柴胡中总皂苷的最佳提取工艺。方法以柴胡总皂苷提取率为评价指标,采用单因素实验与正交实验设计优选出柴胡中柴胡总皂苷的提取工艺。结果柴胡总皂苷的最优提取工艺为:粉碎粒径<180μm的柴胡粉末在80℃条件下以70%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1 h,每次加乙醇量为柴胡粉末量的8倍。结论验证实验表明优选出的提取工艺稳定可行,适用于柴胡总皂苷的提取。Objective To optimize the extraction technology for the total saponin of Radix Bupleuri, Methods The extraction technology for the total saponin of Radix Bupleuri was optimized by adopting a single factor experiment and an orthogonal design with the use of the extraction rate of the total saponin of Radix Bupleuri as the assessment index, Results The optimized extraction technology for the total saponin of Radix Bupleuri was as follows: powdered herb with a diameter less than 180 μm was subjected to reflux extraction for 3 times with 70% ethanol at 80℃, each extraction lasting lh . For each extraction, 8 volumes of ethanol were added to 1 volume of the powdered drug. Conclusion It was shown by an approval test that the optimized technology was stable, feasible and suitable for the extraction of the total saponin of Radix Bupleuri
