高效液相色谱法同时测定联磺甲氧苄啶片三组份含量

摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法能简单、快速和准确地同时测定联磺甲氧苄啶片中磺胺嘧啶、磺胺甲噁唑和甲氧苄啶的含量。方法采用Allech C18（4．6×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，选择0．05mol·L^-1磷酸盐缓冲液：甲醇（70：30）为流动相，检测波长为240nm。结果磺胺嘧啶、磺胺甲噁唑、甲氧苄啶进样量分别为11．9-286．8μg·mL^-1（r=0．99998）、12．4～296．6μg·mL^-1（r=0.99998）、5．2～123．8μg·mL^-1（r=0.99995）时呈现良好的线性关系。平均回收率分别为：101．1％（RSD=0．75％，n=9）、99．8%（RSD=1．78oA，n=9）、98．5%（1．84％，n=9）。结论本法快速、简便、准确，重现性好。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method to determine the contents of three compounds in Slfadiazine,Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprim tablets. METHODS The contents were determined by HPLC with C18 （Allech （4.6 × 250mm, 5μm））, The mobile phase was 0.05mol· L^-1 phosphate solution-amortize： methanol （70 ： 30）and detection wavelength was 240nm. RESULTS sulfadiazine, sulfamethoxazole, and trimethoprim was linear within the ranges of 11.9-286.8μg· mL^-1（r=0. 99998）,12.4-296. 6μg · mL^-1（r= 0.99998）, 5.2-123.8μg · mL^-1 （r = 0.99995）respectively. The average recoverise of Sulfadiazine, Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprim were 101.1%（RSD = 0.75%, n = 9 ）, 99.8 % （RSD = 1. 78%, n = 9 ）, 98.5% （1.84%, n= 9）. respectively. CONCLUSION The method is fast, simple accurate and reproduceble.
