新质源抗稻瘟病籼型不育系湛A的选育研究

摘　　要：以东莞野生稻为细胞质供体,梅青B×II-32B的后代为细胞核供体,经杂交和连续多代回交核置换,转育成新质源三系不育系湛A。选育结果:湛A育性稳定,不育株率100%,花粉不育度99.95%,典败花粉率95.64%,异交结实率高,抗稻瘟病,中抗白叶枯病,恢复谱较广,配合力好。Zhan A is a new cytoplasm indica CMS line released by Guangdong Ocean University, which derived from crossing and baekerossing of the Dongguan wild rice （CMS gene donor） with the selected hybrids of ＂MeiqingB ×Ⅱ -32B＂（ nuclei gene donor）, It has been technically tested and appraised by Guangdong Province for its stable sterility - characteristics of 100% of sterile plants, 99.95 % of pollen sterility and 95. 64% of typical abortive. It also has eharaeteristics of high out put in crossing settting, wide spectrum of restorability, good combining ability, and strong resistance to rice blast, modenrate resistance to bacterial blight. Two of its elite combinations in hybrid rice, Zhanyou1018 （Zhan A/HR1018） and Zhanyou226 （ZhanA/HR226）, were registered and appraised by Crop Variety Test Committee of Hainan and Guangdong in 2003 and 2006 respectively.
