摘  要:目的探讨冠心病患者吸烟与血清不对称二甲基精氨酸(asymmetric dimethylarginine,ADMA)的关系,为冠心病患者早期治疗提供依据。方法冠心病患者65例和健康体检者58例。测定其血压、血糖、血脂、肾功能和ADMA等。结果冠心病吸烟者和非吸烟者的ADMA分别为(1.57±0.54)μmol/L和(1.08±0.55)μmol/L;非冠心病吸烟者和非吸烟者的ADMA分别为(0.72±0.19)μmol/L和(0.53±0.13)μmol/L,各组之间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经偏相关分析,不论冠心病还是非冠心病者,ADMA与吸烟年支均呈显著相关(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者ADMA显著增高,ADMA增高与吸烟有关。Objective To observe the influence of smoking on serum asymmetric dimethylarginine(ADMA) of the patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The ADMA,total cholesterol ,triglycerides ,glucose and creatinine were measured in serum of 65 cases with coronary heart disease and 58 subjects of healthy control. Results The serum levels of ADMA of the smokers were great higher than those of non-smokers, they were (1.57±0. 54)μmol/L vs (1.08±0.55)μmol/L in the patients and were (0. 72± 0. 19)μmol/L vs (0. 53 ±0.13)μmol/L in controls (P〈0.01). Either in the patient group or in the control group and in the combination of the two groups there were significantly positive relationship between serum ADMA levels and smoking respectively (P〈0.05). Conclusion The patients with coronary heart disease have higher serum level of ADMA and ADMA are siginificantly related with smoking.
