摘　　要：目的总结从美学角度开展乳晕缘这一隐匿性切口在乳房手术中运用的经验,探讨这一入路的可行性及利弊。方法对178例病人经乳晕缘切口实施乳房良性肿块或病变腺体切除术。结果经半年至2年随访观察,乳房外观无明显瘢痕显现,乳头乳房丰满、挺拔、感觉良好。结论该术式适用于肿块近乳晕、较为表浅、边界较清楚或乳房较小者,且又有较高美学要求及希望隐瞒自己乳房手术史的患者。Objective To summarize the experiences of areola margin incision（AMI）in the breast operations from the esthetics point of view and to ＇investigate the feasibility,advantages and disadvantages of the incision. Methods Breast operations with AMI were performed on 178 patients with breast benign tumor or mastoplasia. Results After 6 months to 2 years follow-up,all the patients were showed fine-looking breasts with no cicatrices. Their teats and breasts were all straightened up,full and roland with good feelings. Conclusion This operation method is apPlicable to those breas~ benign tumors near to areola,with clear-cut margin, superficial position,in a small breast,and to those patients with high esthetical wishes and hopes to obscure the history of their breast operations.
