某部队医院2003～2005年静脉输液使用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解某部队医院静脉输液的利用现状及趋势。方法:对2003～2005年输液的使用数据进行统计分析。结果:输液品种数、总量、总金额均逐年增加,输液销售总额占全年药品总金额的21％左右;营养类和电解质类输液的用量占大多数,其中葡萄糖注射液、氯化钠注射液和复方氨基酸注射液占总输液量的73．84％;治疗类输液增长过快,以生化制剂为主;结论:输液的用量和消耗金额呈不断上升趋势。Objective： To clarify the actuality and direction of vein transfusion used in our hospital. Method： The actuality of transfusion was analyzed from 2003 to 2005. Result： The rate of variety, gross and sum of the transfusion increased yearly. The sum of transfusion distribution was 21% in the all materia medica and the dosage of alimentation and electrolyte occupied the majority. Glucose injection, sodium injection and compound amino acid injection occupied 73.84% in all transfusion quantities. The therapeutic drugs increased too rapidly and gave a priority to biochemical medicines. Conclusion： The dosage and sum of the transfusion kept an uptrend.
