复方妥舒沙星鼻用喷雾剂的研制

摘　　要：目的:制备复方妥舒沙星鼻用喷雾剂并建立质量控制方法。方法:拟定处方组成及制备工艺;采用紫外分光光度法测定妥舒沙星含量;采用旋光法测定盐酸麻黄碱含量。结果:妥舒沙星在4.5～63.0μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,r= 0.999 9,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.48%。结论:该制剂制备工艺简单,质量控制方法可靠,质量稳定。Objective： To prepare Compound Tosufloxacin nasal spray and establish a method for its quality control. Method： Formulation and preparing technology were designed. The content of tosufloxacin was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Optical rotation was used to determine the content of ephedrine hydrochloride. Result： The linear relationship was good when the content range of tosufloxacin was 4.5 - 63.0 μg. ml^ -1 , r = 0.999 9, while average recovery was 99.7%, and RSD was 0.48%. Conclusion ： The preparing method is simple and the method of quality control is reliable. The quality of preparation is stable.
