摘　　要：目的:了解肿瘤非手术患者抗茵药使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:随机抽取我院肿瘤中心2005年出院病历,进行调查分析。结果:肿瘤非手术患者抗茵药使用率为58.5%,DUI等于或接近1占55.9%,标本送检率10.1%,检品阳性率为33.4%,不合理用药占49.6%。结论:肿瘤患者为特殊病理生理状况患者,其抗茵药的合理应用更重要。Objective： To understand the using condition of antibacterial for patients with tumor without operation and to promote the rational use of drugs. Method： The discharge records from Tumor centre of our hospital in 2005 were collected and analyzed. Resuit： The rate of using antibacterial agents for patients with tumor without operation was 58.5%, the DUI equal or close to 1 were 55. 9% , the rate of sending the pathogens to test was 10. 1%, the positive rate of the sending pathogens was 33.4%, the improper using of drugs was 49.6%. Conclusion： Important of rational use of the antibacterial drugs on patients with tumor was stressed.
