摘 要:目的:探讨老年住院患者对护理健康教育的需求。方法:采用问卷调查法对2004年12月至2005年12月,年龄≥60岁的住院老年患者242例进行问卷调查,问卷由作者自行设计,经过护理专家讨论修改而成。内容包括:患者的一般情况,并发症,希望了解的健康知识,教育形式,进行教育的时间等。结果:患者对自身疾病相关知识有需求者占85.52%,对自我护理知识有需求者占65.25%,对日常保健知识有需求者占75.12%。对双向交流式教育方法有需求者占65.15%,宣讲式教育方法有需求者占34.85%,宣传栏式教育方法有需求者占35.46%。同时具有多方面的知识需求。结论:针对患者需要开展护理健康教育,密切了护士与患者的关系,提高了患者的自我保健能力,激发了护士学习的积极性、主动性。Objective: To fred out the health education demands among elder inpatients. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 242 elder inpatients who were sixty years old and over and were in hospital be, tween December 2004 and December 2005. The contents of the questionnaire included general informatiou of the patient, complication, health care knowledge wanted to know, the formation of health education needed and the time arrangement of health education, etc. Results: There were 85.52% of patients who need disease related knowledge, 65.25% of patients who need self-care knowledge and 75.12% of patients who need everyday health care knowledge. Sixty-five point one five percent of patients need inter-communicational health education, 34.85% of patients need lecture health education, and 35.46% of patients welcome health education bulletin. Conclusion: Health education based on the demands of patients can improve the relationship between patient and nurse, strengthen the ability of self health care and trigger the nurses to study continuously.
