摘 要:在实验室对受试者采取坐位时腰部肌肉疲劳的发生过程与肌电图的变化之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明,在不同的躯干角时,肌电图积分值(IEMG)均随坐位时间的延长呈现开始时略有上升,以后逐渐下降的趋势,且随躯干角增大,这种变化起义越明显,提示IEMG的这种变化反映了肌肉疲劳的发生发展过程,结合疲劳症状的发生情况,建议把IEMG值低于初始值(正常水平)时作为疲劳实际出现的时间。The relationship between the development of muscle fatigue on lower back and the change of EMG was studied on subjects who kept sedentary posture for a period of time. The results showed that the value of IEMG appeared a slight increase in early stage,but in the late stage the value showed a decreasing trend, and became more obvious with the enlargement of trunk angle , indicating that the change of IEMG can reflect the development of muscle fatigue. Combining with the symptom of fatigue, it may be recommended that the time when IEMG showed lower than the initial value can be taken as the critical point of the appearance of muscle fatigue.
