决明子复方降脂茶总蒽醌含量测定

摘　　要：以醋酸镁-甲醇液为显色剂,分光光度法测定决明子复方降脂茶中总蒽醌的含量。对照品在3.775-22.65μg/mL范围内,吸光度值与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=O.9993),回归方程为A=0.01384+ O.04794C,样品平均回收率为101.9%。RSD为O.75%(n=6)。A method for the determination of anthraquinone in compound Juemingzijiangzhicha was established,which was based on differential spectrophotometry with magnesium acetate-methanol as developer. The regression equation is A = 0. 01384＋0. 04794C in the range of 3. 775-22. 65 μg/mL with a good linearity （r=0. 9993） between the absorbance and concentration. The average recovery is 101.9% with RSD of 0. 75%（n=6）.
