摘　　要：针对铁路生产力布局调整和路局直管站段以后,基层站段如何做大做强车间进行了深入的阐述,剖析了车间的管理现状,提出了做大做强车间的思路和主要做法,同时对做大做强车间引发的思考进行了展望。This article explored how basic units strengthen their workshop after railroad readjusting the layout its productive forces and railroad bureau flattening administrative levels. Through analyzing the situation of workshop management, it proposed the idea and main procedure. Meanwhile, it further initiated pondering over how to strengthen workshop and made a prospect of the future.
