中药复方狼疮颗粒3方对BXSB狼疮小鼠的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的:研究中药复方狼疮颗粒3方(LCF-3)对BXSB小鼠狼疮的治疗作用,探讨其对SLE的作用机制。方法:将狼疮模型鼠随机分成4组:空白对照组、LCF-3组、泼尼松组、LCF-3+泼尼松组。四溴酚兰指示剂法测定尿蛋白含量;双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定小鼠血清中抗dsDNA抗体含量;对小鼠肾做HE染色,观察各组动物的形态学改变。结果:3个给药组尿蛋白含量均与空白对照组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。3个给药组均能显著降低自身抗体抗双链DNA(dsDNA)水平,使其转为阴性(P<0.01);病理检查发现各给药组均可明显减轻肾损害。其中中西药合用组最为明显。结论:中药复方LCF-3与西药泼尼松均对BXSB小鼠狼疮有明显的治疗作用,中西药合用综合疗效优于单纯使用中药、西药。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）-LCF-3 prescription to the BXSB mice and the mechanisms of treatment to SLE. METHODS BXSB mice were randomly divided into 4 groups： group A was control; group B was LCF-3; group C was prednisone; group D was LCF-3 ＋ prednisone. The levels of proteinuria in the different groups were measured by Four Bromophenol Blue. Serum dsDNA was measured by ELISA. The changes of morphology were also observed. RESULTS The levels of proteinuria in group B,C and D were all lower than that of group A （P〈0. 05）. The levels of anti-dsDNA antibodies decreased remarkably in the groups of B,C and D, which could convert it into negative（P〈 0. 01）. The group D obviously alleviate the renal pathologic damage in BXSB mice. CONCLUSION Our results indicate that LCF-3 and prednisone should be effective on BXSB mice. The LCF-3 and prednisone used in combination was superior to that used alone.
