摘 要:目的:了解浙江省5岁以下儿童血清脂溶性维生素水平及其影响因素。方法:随机抽样方法采集杭州、丽水、舟山、嵊州及临安五地儿童血样;采用多波长、程序控制下梯度洗脱反相高效液相色谱法测定血清中脂溶性维生素浓度。结果:749份血样维生素A、维生素E含量分别为(1.8±0.5)μmol.L-1、(18.3±8.9)μmol.L-1,维生素D3检出率为52.34%,检出浓度为(56.1±30.7)nmol.L-1。3种维生素血清水平地区间差异显著,且年龄因素对维生素A、维生素E影响较大。维生素A缺乏2.27%,而维生素E缺乏达18.69%。结论:浙江儿童维生素A营养状况比较理想,但维生素E偏低较为普遍。多种因素对脂溶性维生素营养水平有影响。PBKECTOVE To understand the serum level and influencing factors of fat-soluble vitamins A, D3, and E among children under 5 years of age in Zhejiang Province. METHODS To use a multiwavelength RP-HPLC method with gradient dution controlled by program for simultaneous detemaination of the fat-soluble vitamins in serum, and measure samples which had randomly ,sampled in children from Hangzhou, Lishui, Zhoushan, Shengzhou and Linan. RESULTS Totally, 749 children under 5 years of age were surveyed from five cities, average serum concentration of vitamin A and E were (1.8±0. 5)μmol·L^-1 and (18. 3±8. 9)μmol·L^-1. The detectable rate and mean level of vitamin Dawere 52. 34M and (56. 1±30. 7) nmol·L^-1. The mean of vitamin A, D3 and E were significant different from five cities, vitamin A and E were significant different with age The deficiency rate of vitamin A and E were 2. 27% and 18. 69% respectively. CONCLUSION The nutritional status of vitamin A among children under 5 years of age in Zhejiang Province is good as a whole, but that of vitamin E is poor due to ,some factors on it.
