摘 要:以7个甜玉米品种的种子为试材,采用幼苗生长测定、电导率测定、加速老化试验、抗冷测定、模拟田间出苗率测定5种常用方法测定种子活力,并与其种子的田间成苗率进行相关分析。结果表明,幼苗生长测定的发芽势、发芽率、活力指数,抗冷测定的发芽率和模拟田间出苗率与田间成苗率存在显著或极显著正相关。该研究认为,幼苗生长测定、抗冷测定和模拟田间出苗率测定均是甜玉米种子活力测定的较好方法。Seven sweet corn cultivars, including three sweet oom(Wanyu 10, Wanyu 14 and Wanyu 15) and four super sweet com(Wantian No. 1, Lilifeng, Shuangfu and Jinfei), were selected to study the seed vigor with five methods, including seedling growth test, electrical conductivity test, cold test, accelerated ageing test and simulated field seedling growth test. Notably or significantly positive correlation was found between the field emergence percentage and the vigor target including germination energy, germination percentage and germination index in seedling growth test, simulated field seedling growth test and cold test. According to the results of this experiment, the seedling growth test, cold test and simulated field seedling growth test were the most proper testing methods of the seed vigor of sweet com.
