加拿大一枝黄花溶剂浸提液对小麦·萝卜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘　　要：分别用加拿大一枝黄花(Solidago canadensisL.)的水、乙醇、丙酮和乙酸乙酯浸提液处理小麦和萝卜的种子,结果表明:水浸提液对小麦和萝卜种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用强于有机溶剂浸提液;相同溶剂的浸提液,地上部分浸提液对小麦和萝卜种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用强于地下部分浸提液;各种溶剂的浸提液对幼苗的生长有一定的致畸作用。The alletopathie effect of the extracts with different solvents from Sol/dago canodens/s on the seed germination and early seedling growth of wheat and radish were studied. The main results were as follows：①the aquatic extract from Solidago canadensis inhibited seed germination and early seedling growth of wheat and radish more strongly than organic extracts;②while the extracts with the same solvent, the extract from the organs above ground inhibited seed germination and early seedling growth of wheat and radish more strongly than those from the tmdergrotmd and ③the extracts with different solvents deformed the early seedling to some extent.
