摘　　要：干扰素是一种由体细胞合成和分泌的生物活性蛋白,自1957年被发现后,一直是细胞因子基础和临床研究的前沿。概述了干扰素的概念及分子结构,类型及来源,生物学特性,功能及作用机制,剂型及临床应用。The interferon is a kind of bioactive protein which is synthesized and secreted by body cells. It has been the basis of cytokines and the forward position fields of clinical study since it was discovered in 1957. In this review the conception and molecular structure, style and origin, biological characteristics, function and mechanism, form of prepared drug and clinical application of interferon were summarized.
