摘　　要：通过对学术期刊的社会属性、功能及其所具有的信息学特点的分析,论述了学术期刊评价的信息学方法的合理性与科学性,在较深入地剖析了学术期刊评价的传统质量观的局限性的基础上,创造性地提出了信息学框架下期刊评价的新观点,并构建了基于印刷型和电子型的综合评价指标体系。This paper analyzes the social attributes and functions of scholarly journals as well as their informatics characteristics, and discusses the rationality and scientific nature of informatics method to evaluate scholarly journals, Based on the analysis of the limitations of traditional quality viewpoint on scholarly journal evaluation, the paper puts forward a new and creative viewpoint to evaluate scholarly journals within the framework of informatics, and constructs a comprehensive evaluation indicator system for printed and electronic journals.
