摘　　要：针对目前市场细号纱及高密织物档次的不断提高,对比分析了生产特细号纱时,高精度罗拉、铝衬管胶辊、新型下销、高耐磨小孔径导纱钩、钢领、成型凸轮等新型纺专器材的使用效果,说明合理选用新型优良纺专器材,可改善成纱质量,显著减少毛羽。As to the increasing upgradation of the small-count yarn and hi-density fabric, comparison analysis is done to the application effect of the precision roller,the aluminium-inserted cot,the new bottom cradle,the guide wire with hi-wear-resistance aperture, the ring and the forming cam in production of super-small count yarn. Conclusion is made that proper selection of proper parts can improve spinning quality with marked reduction of hairiness.
