摘　　要：根据生产实际对纱管提出具体要求和检验方法,重点分析了粗纱管发生顶管问题的原因,提出改造粗纱管顶孔倒角、POM嵌件下移,可有效防止上述问题发生,稳定成纱质量。According to the production practice, requirement and test of varieties of tubes are specified. Analysis of cause of roving tube clashing is highlighted. Conclusion is made that modification of the top aperture chamfering of the roving tube and movement of the inserts POM downward can solve the said problems and stablized the spinning quality.
