摘  要:目的通过测定二氧化氯溶液的稳定性,为口腔印模消毒提供参考依据。方法采用五步碘量法测定二氧化氯含量,紫外分光光度法测定二氧化氯消毒剂的稳定性。结果通过对比实测溶液含量,二氧化氯原溶液在4℃组半年降解率为2.01%,25℃组半年降解率为2.65%。室温下,活化的0.05%二氧化氯消毒液12h降解率为8.56%。结论二氧化氯原溶液在低温环境下贮存较常温下稳定,印模消毒时活化的二氧化氯溶液应现配现用,以保证其含量的稳定性。Objective To determine the stability of chlorine dioxide solution and provide a technical basis to disinfection procedures for mouth impression. Methods Five-step iodometry was used to determine the concentration of chlorine dioxide, and UV-spectrophotometry was applied to detect the stability of chlorine dioxide solution. Results Over a half-year period, non-activated raw solution of chlorine dioxide degraded by 2.01% at 4℃ and by 2.65% at 25℃, as shown by comparative measurements. At room temperature, 0.05% activated chlorine dioxide solution degraded by 8.56% at 12 hours after preparation. Conclusion Non-activated chlorine dioxide solution appeared to be more stable at low temperature than at room temperature. Activated chlorine dioxide solution for disinfection of mouth impression should be prepared at service time.
