摘 要:目的探讨血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因多态性与冠心病(CHD)心血瘀阻证候及血管紧张素Ⅱ(AgⅡ)的相关关系。方法检测CHD心血瘀阻证组、CHD非心血瘀阻证组、非CHD心血瘀阻证组和健康人对照组ACE基因型(DD、ID、II)和等位基因(D、I)及Ag活性。结果CHD心血瘀阻证组DD基因型和D等位基因的频率显著高于其他3组;4组中ACE基因DD型的Ag活性比ACE基因II型显著增高(P<0.05或P<0.01);CHD心血瘀阻证组ACE基因DD型亦较ID基因型患者的Ag活性显著增高(均P<0.01)。两个心血瘀阻证组3个基因型的Ag活性均明显高于健康人对照组(P<0.01)。结论提示ACE-DD基因型和D等位基因的频率增高可能与CHD心血瘀阻证有一定内在联系,可能与D等位基因导致Ag异常增多有关。Objective To study the relationship among polymorphism of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) gene,angiotensin Ⅱ (Ag Ⅱ ) and coronary heart disease (CHD) with blood stasis syndrome. Methods Genotype (DD,ID,II), allele (D,I) of ACE and activity of Ag Ⅱ were detected in group of CHD with heart blood stasis syndrome,group of CHD without heart blood stasis syndrome, group of heart blood stasis syndrome without CHD and healthy control group. Results The frequency of DD type and D allele in group of CHD with heart blood stasis syndrome was higher than those in other three groups. Ag Ⅱ activity of DD type was higher than that of II type in four groups (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Ag Ⅱ activity of DD type was higher than that of ID type in group of CHD with heart blood stasis syndrome (P〈0.05). Ag Ⅱ activity of three gene types in two groups of heart blood stasis syndrome was higher than that in healthy control group (P〈0. 01). Conclusion It is suggested that increasing frequency of ACE-DD type and ACE-D allele may be relevant to CHD with heart blood stasis syndrome,which may be related to abnormal increase of Ag Ⅱ due to Dallele.
