摘　　要：主要讨论了Cygnal8051FXXX系列新型单片机的FLASH读写机制,对单片机程序的在线程序升级方法进行了初步的研究。根据该系列单片机的性能,简单讨论了两种实现模式,分别为利用计算机的串行口、并行口直接读写FLASH和通过接口板转接JTAG控制信号对FLASH的编程。The ways of reading and writing the FLASH of the Cygnal 8051 FXXX serial SCM have been discussed, and the method of upgrading the procedure is preliminary researched. According to the performance of this serial SCM, two kinds of different modes upgrading methods are designed. One is direct access the FLASH through the computer interface; Another is carrying on programming to the SCM through the JTAG interface.
