摘  要:通过试验确定了适合降解亚铵造纸黑液中糖类的最佳菌种为酿酒酵母451、最佳培养基为YEPD完全培养基、最佳黑液固形物浓度为13%、接菌量为5mL。经酿酒酵母发酵降解后的黑液含糖量降低了39.75%。The biological method was used in the experiment. Through the experiment, several better conditions for ammonium sulfite pulping waster liquor fermentation are founded. The best strain to degrade the saccharide was SaCcharomyces Cevevisiae451. YEPD growth medium was suitable for the degrading process; the best concentration of the liquor was 13% , 5 mL would be the better volume of inoculation. The amount of the saccharide in the liquor rate was 40% after the fermentation of Saccharomyces Cevevisiae.
