摘  要:目的:探讨中药制剂红芪多糖(Hedysarum Polybotys saccharide,HPS)在对实验性2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠胰岛素抵抗和C肽(C-Peptide,CP)分泌作用的影响。方法:采用高热量饲料加小剂量腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)造模,分别予二甲双胍及红芪多糖进行干预,观察用药前后体质量变化及计算Lee’s指数,测定干预后胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)、空腹血糖(FPG)和CP水平。结果:HPS可降低T2DM大鼠体重、Lee’s指数、IRI、血糖及CP水平,增加ISI。结论:红芪多糖可明显降低血糖,有效控制体重,改善胰岛素抵抗。Objective:To investigate the effects of Hedysarum Polybotys saccharide(HPS) on insulin resistance and secretory effect of C-peptide(CP) in experimental rats with type 2 diabetes meUitus(T2DM). Methods :The model of rats with T2DM were successfully made by high caloric diet and injecting streptozocin(STZ) in abdominal cavity. Then intervened the rats by melbinum and HPS, and observed the change of weight and counted Lee' s, ISI and IRI, detected the contents of FPG and CP. Results: HPS could decrease weight, Lee's, IRI and the contents of FPG and CP, increase ISI in rats with T2DM. Conclusion: HPS can significantly decrease the content of FPG, effectively control weight, improve insulin resistance.
