摘　　要：本文以苯乙酮为内标，建立了马来酸依那普利制剂的反相高效液相色谱测定法。色谱条件为：ＡＬＬＴＩＭＡＣ１８色谱柱５μ２５０ｍｍ×４．６ｍｍ；甲醇—乙腈—水—１％磷酸（６０５３３．５１．５）为流动相，色谱柱温为６０℃，检测波长为２１５ｎｍ。依那普利的理论塔板数优于２５００，方法的精密度ＲＳＤ优于０．６％。This paper reported the determination of enalapril maleate by HPLC. Chromatographic conditions : ALLTIMA C_18 5μ 250mm X 4. 6mm; the mobil phase consisted of mobil-acetonitrile-water -1 % H3PO4 solution (60 : 5 : 33. 5 : 1.5) ; UV detection at 215nm; acetophenone as inter nal standard. The RSD of the recovery are not more than 0. 6%.
