摘 要:分析了沉降过滤式离心脱水机单段脱水回收精煤泥工艺的缺点;详述了沉降过滤式离心脱水机和压滤机组合而成的精煤泥两段脱水新工艺。该工艺增加了离心机入料中的粗精煤泥量,减少了煤泥循环量,可使最终精煤水分降到10%,适用于以重介质旋流器为主选设备的选煤厂;新工艺的基建投资费用低,动力消耗少,劳动效率高,设备运行稳定、可靠。Disadvantage of the sedimentation-filtration dewatering centrifuge was analyzed;a new dewatering process consisted of combination of it with a press filter was given in detail,with which coarse slime in centrifuge feed increased,circulating load decreased,and moisture of final product lowered down to 10%,being suitable for a preparation plant with HM cyclone as its principal separation facility.Comparison of design options denoted that this new process gave such merits as: low plant investment,low energy consumption,high labor efficiency,and stable and reliable operation of equipment.
