摘　　要：欧盟成员国之间的经济一体化是否已经形成了一个统一的欧洲经济实体,该问题可以从两方面来进行评价:第一,评价经济政策(制度结构)的趋同程度,即欧盟成员国是否面对同样的经济环境条件,欧盟在高度的经济一体化的基础上已经基本实现了统一的经济实体;第二,从度量经济指标的相同性程度(即经济一体化的影响结果)来评价欧洲一体化,例如,在通货膨胀率、利率、经济周期、失业率、生活水平等方面是否形成了事实的趋同甚至统一。There are two ways to evaluate if the economic integration among EU member states has already made European economy a coherent one.First of all,we could evaluate the degree of economic policy convergence,i.e.,to find out whether EU member states are facing same economic conditions and environment,and if the EU has become an entity of highly integrated economy.And then,we could evaluate the similarity degree of economic indicators,such as inflation rates,interest rates,business circles and standards of living,i.e.,to judge if EU member states have in fact formed an economic entity.
