摘　　要：国家广电总局科技委第七届四次会议于2007年1月17日在深圳召开,本文是张海涛副局长在这次会议上讲话的全部内容。在这次讲话中,张海涛副局长全面回顾并总结了2006年广播影视科技和事业发展的成就和进展,分析了新时期广播影视面临的形势,提山了2007年的工作思路和工作重点,同时对进一步做好科技委工作提出几点要求。希望大家认真学习,并贯彻落实到2007年的工作中去。The 4th meeting of the 7th scientific and technological committee,SARFT,was held in Shenzhen on January l7th.2007.This is the full text of the speech delivered by Deputy Director Zhang Haitao at the meeting.In his speech Zhang comprehensively reviewed and summed up achievements and progress in radio,film and TV science and technology and cause development in 2006,analyzed the situation the radio.film and TV are facing at the new stage,put forward basic ideas and priorities of work in 2007,as Well as made several demands On doing a better job of work of the scientific and technological committee.
