摘 要:大气环境中17根严重锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁试验表明,严重锈蚀梁的截面延性和刚度随着锈蚀率的增加而降低,在锈蚀率大致相同的情况下,Ⅱ级钢筋浇筑的梁的下降程度比Ⅰ级钢筋要大。Ⅰ级钢筋浇筑的梁锈蚀后存在明显的屈服点;Ⅱ级钢筋浇筑的梁锈蚀后屈服点不明显,因而可能发生脆性破坏。提出严重锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁承载能力的计算公式。The experimental study of 17 pieces of the severely corroded reinforced concrete beams in atmospheric environment indicates that the ductility and rigidity of sections of the severely corroded beams decrease with the increase of corrosion ratios of the beams. Under condition that the corrosion ratios are almost identical, the decrease degrees of the beams laid with Grade Ⅱ reinforcement are greater than those of the beams with Grade Ⅰ reinforcement. The beams with Grade Ⅰ reinforcement have obvious yielding points after they have been corroded while the yielding points of the beams with Grade Ⅱ reinforcement in similar situations are not obvious, therefore the potential brittle failure of the latter beams may occur. In this paper, the expressions for calculating the load carrying capacity of the severely corroded beams are put forward.
