摘 要:利用文丘里管基于差压法来测量油水两相流的流量.考虑了油水两相流密度分布不均匀对流量测量的影响并对油水混合物密度进行了修正,建立了基于文丘里管两端差压和水体积分数的油水两相流质量流量测量模型.实验采用25和40 mm两种管径的文丘里管进行了油水两相流流量测量.当油水混合物的雷诺数大于3.0×104时,在整个油水质量比范围内流量的测量误差受水体积分数的影响较小且与管径无关,可以得到较好的测量结果.Flow measurement of oil-water two-phase flow was carried out with a Venturi meter using differential pressure method. Based on Venturi differential pressure and water volume fraction, a model for measuring oil-water mass flowrate was developed, in which the effect of asymmetric density distribution of oil-water two-phase flow was considered and the mixture density was modified. Experimental measurement of oil-water two-phase flow was carried out by Venturis on 25 and 40 mm diameter pipes, respectively. Experimental results showed that when Reynolds number was larger than 3.0×10^4 , the effect of water volume fraction on the measurement error of the mass flowrate was relatively small and the measurement error of the total mass flowrate was acceptable. And the measurement error of the total mass flowrate was independent of the pipe diameter in the whole oil-water mass ratio.
