摘  要:目的:总结目前人工血管内皮化的研究进展及各种内皮化方法的优缺点,展望未来人工血管内皮化的发展方向。资料来源:应用计算机检索PubMed数据库1995-01/2006-07相关人工血管内皮化方面的文章,检索词“Vascular prostheses,Endothelial cells,Endothelialization”,并限定文章语言种类为English。同时计算机检索中文科技期刊数据库(维普资讯)1995-01/2006-07相关人工血管内皮化方面文章的,检索词“人工血管,内皮细胞,内皮化”,并限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,并查看每篇文献后的引文。纳入标准:文章所述内容应与血管内皮细胞的特点或人工血管内皮化的相关研究进展有关。排除标准:重复研究或Meta分析类文章。资料提炼:共收集到277篇相关文献,其中外文文献247篇,中文文献30篇,34篇文献符合纳入标准,排除的243篇文献为内容陈旧或重复。符合纳入标准的34篇文献中,4篇涉及内皮细胞的生物学特性,30篇涉及人工血管内皮化的研究进展。资料综合:血管内皮细胞不仅是介于血管壁和血液之间的屏障结构,而且还可以有效防止血栓形成,维持血管收缩与舒张、凝血与抗凝血等平衡,在血管腔的表面形成一个抗凝血和抗血栓系统,从而保持血液的正常流动和血管的长期通畅。人工血管应用于临床后其远期通畅率不高,尤其是在中小口径动脉和静脉移植中。国内外的研究人员通过实验发现促进人工血管内皮化可以减少血栓形成、抑制内膜过度增生,从而明显改善人工血管的远期通畅率。目前人工血管内皮化的方法有人工血管自发性内皮化、自体静脉内皮细胞单期种植法、高密度微血管内皮细胞单期种植法、内皮细胞二期离体衬里等。每一种方法都有其优点和不足之处。结论:人工血管的内皮化可以显著提高人工血管的远期通畅率,但目前各种内皮化方法都有OBJECTIVE: To summarize the current progress in the endothelialization of vascular prostheses, and the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of endothelialization methods, so as to look ahead the development direction of endothelialization of vascular prostheses in future. DATA SOURCES: A computer-based online search of PubMed database was undertaken to identify articles about the endothelialization of vascular prostheses published in English from January 1995 to July 2006 with the keywords of "Vascular prostheses, Endothelial cells, Endothelialization". Meanwhile, the relevant Chinese articles ware searched from the database of Chinese Scientific and Technical Periodicals (Vip Information) published between January 1995 and July 2006 with the same key words in Chinese. STUDY SELECTION: The data ware selected firstly, and the quotations of each article were looked over. Inclusive criteria: Articles related to the characteristics of vascular endothelial cells or the progress in research of the endothelializaUon of vascular prostheses. Exclusive criteria" Repetitive research or Meta analysis articles. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 277 articles ware collected including 247 foreign literatures and 30 Chinese ones, of which 34 ware in accordance with the inclusive criteria. 243 old content or repetitive researches were excluded. Of the 34 articles, there ware 4 articles on the biological characteristics of endothelial cells, and 30 about the progress of the endothelialization of vascular prostheses. DATA SYNTHESIS: Vascular endothelial cells could not only serve as the barrier structure between the vascular wall and blood, but also prevent the thrombogenesis effectively, keep the balance between vasoconstriction and vasodilatation, and blood clotting and anticoagulated blood. Vascular endothelial cells could form a system of anticoagulated and antithrombogenesis on the surface of lumen, to keep the normal blood flow and long-term patency of vascular vessel.
