摘  要:提高短棒状杆菌疫苗临床疗效,解决接种后局部硬结,发烧等不良副反应。在菌体菌苗的基础上,采用超声、破碎、离心、胰酶消化脱脂的方法提取细胞壁做脾激活抑瘤试验生物学检定。结果显示,纯化的短棒状杆菌细胞壁可使小鼠脾激活指数达到4.06。能抑制艾氏腹水瘤的生长,而菌体脾指数3.18。实验证实,纯化的短棒杆菌细胞壁菌苗的活性好于菌体菌苗。In order to improve the clinical effects of the Croynebacterium parum (CP) vaccine, to solve the side effects such as fever and the local indurations occurred after CP vaccine inoculation. Purification of cell wall from CP was carried out by means of the ultrasonic vibration, fragmentation, centrifugation and degreasing, purified preparation was used to activate spleen lymphocytes and resulted to inhibition for tumor growth. The purified CP cell wall was able to attain an index 4.06 for the murine spleeny lymphocytes, to restrain the growth of the Aldrich tumor ascites significantly, but the index was 3.18 for the vaccine from whole cell wall. The experiment showed that the activity of the vaccine from purified cell wall was much better than that of the vaccine from whole cell.
