摘 要:文昌阁巨型黄土-基岩滑坡位于兰州市西固区达家台台缘,自1995年1月滑坡后缘出现拉张变形裂缝后,滑坡体的运移速度不断加大,滑坡险情严峻.根据滑坡变形特征和长期的滑坡动态监测结果,应用变形控制方法,于滑坡发生前10天进行了临滑预报,划定了滑坡压埋范围,及时疏散了人员财产.1999年7月23日上午8时,体积达110×104m3的文昌阁巨型黄土-基岩滑坡发生大规模滑动.由于进行了准确的临滑预报,实施了科学的防灾对策,避免了重大灾害损失.The giant loess-rock landslide of Wenchangge is located in the edge of Dajiatai west of Lanzhou. The movement of the landslide increased very quickly after the forming of the crack since January of 1995, and has become extremely dangerous in this area. According to the characteristics of transformation and the long-term monitor results of this landslide, we forecast the slipping time 10 days before the landslide occurred using the method of transformation to controlling. Based on the result of critical-sliding forecast, we delimited the scope that would cover up by landslide and residents and there property were dispersed just in time. At 8:00 A.M. July 23 1999, the physical volume amount to 110× 10^4 m^3 of giant loess-rock landslide of Wenchangge took place, because of the accurate critical-sliding forecast and the scientific countermeasures, ahuge loss from disaster was avoided.
