摘  要:山黧豆中含β-N-草酰-α,β-二氨基丙酸(β-N-oxalyl-α,β-diaminopropionic,ODAP),ODAP是引起山黧豆中毒的主要成分.在山黧豆不同发育期,用草酸合成抑制剂、外源草酸和水分胁迫等处理后分析各器官中ODAP积累消长动态与山黧豆抗逆性及其产量因子等之间的关系,结果如下:BHB不仅降低了各器官中草酸的质量浓度,而且明显抑制了ODAP积累;外源草酸或水分胁迫处理后,促进了内源草酸和ODAP的积累;BHB在降低了成熟种子中ODAP质量分数的同时,也降低了山黧豆的抗逆性,但在生长后期处理既可抑制种子中ODAP积累,又不致严重影响山黧豆的产量和抗逆性.这表明,草酸是ODAP生物合成的前体物之一,为获得低毒山黧豆提供了一条切实可行而有效的途径.Annual plant Lathyrus sativus L. belongs to the Leguminosae family, containing β-N-oxalyl-α, β-diaminopropionic (β-ODAP), which is the cause of Lathyrism. Preliminary results of the study indicate that β-ODAP can form from the acylization of L-α, β-diaminopropionic acid (DAPA), the acylization of DAPA need the participation of oxalyl-Co-A also, and oxalyl-Co-A can form from the combination of oxalic acid and Co-A. That is to say, the oxalic acid is one of the precursors of β-ODAP biosynthesis. It is known that glycolate oxidase (GO) exists in the leaf of C3 plant generally. GO not only can catalyse ethyl alcohol acid to oxidize into aldehydic acid, but also can catalyse aldehydic acid to oxidize into oxalic acid. This paper is based on the former work on the relationship between the content change of oxalic acid and the accumulation and biosynthesis of β-ODAP in different organs, different development stages of grass pea by exogenous oxalic acid or butyl-2- hydroxybutynoate (BHB, inhibitor of GO synthesis) and under water stress, and the relationship between resistance of grass pea and oxalic acid, β-ODAP, and to offer a new train of thought and new technologies to develop the resistance and low toxicity of grassspea.
