摘　　要：介绍了新华钼矿根据多年的采矿实践,通过多次改进,找到了一条适合于矿山特点的采矿方法,并由此取得巨大的经济效益。通过对两种采矿方法的对比,表明现有采矿方法的优越性。This article introduced that according to many years mining practice of Xinhua Molybdenum Mine. Through many times improvement, suitable mining method was found, and which brought huge economic benefit. Through two mining methods contrast, it was indicated that the applied mining method has many advantages.
