摘　　要：分析了拖拉机机架水平对冲工艺,着重阐述了斜楔水平冲孔模具的结构、工作原理以及主要工作部件的设计和参数计算。使用水平对冲模具,可以完成拖拉机机架等大型零件水平冲孔。充分展示了斜楔机构的设计巧妙,动作可靠,生产效率高,工艺质量好。The horizontal opposite punching technology of tractor frame was analyzed. The structure and work principle of inclined-wedge horizontal punching die, the design and calculation of major working parts were emphasized. With horizontal opposite punching die, hori- zontal punching of large parts of tractor frames can be fulfilled. It shows the design benefit of inclined-wedge with reliable work, high production efficiency and good quality.
