摘　　要：通过分析高强螺栓的成形工艺,对模具结构进行深入探讨,设计了一套热镦模。解决了其凹模易裂问题,实现了在冲压设备上热镦长杆零件的需求。对同类产品的模具设计提供了一种方法。Die structure was discussed through the analysis of forming process of high intension screw bolt and a set of hot upsetting tool was designed. Crack problem of die was solved and requirement of manufacturing long rod part in punch press was fulfilled. The proposed method provides die design reference for the same kinds of products.
