摘  要:起皱和断裂是板料成形过程的主要失效模式,合理控制成形过程中的压边力,可以消除这些缺陷,提高成形性能。本文以圆锥形件的成形为例,采用Dynaform软件对变压边力控制的成形工艺进行了数值模拟计算,得到了最佳压边力变化曲线。本文还对模拟结果进行了实验验证。结果表明,变压边力拉深工艺能够极大提高板料的极限拉深高度。The predominant failure modes in stamping of sheet metal parts are wrinkling and fracture. In general, these defects may be eliminated by appropriate manipulated the blank holder forces. In this paper, the numerical simulation of variable blank bolder force control forming techniques have been carried out by the aid of the Finite Element Method software DYNAFORM, and the best optimum load curve of blank holder force when deep drawing a conical parts has been obtained. This paper also validates the simulation results by tests. It is showed that the limit drawing height could be greatly improved, as a variable BHF deep-drawing process was adapted.
