摘  要:具有整圆内侧倒扣特征的塑件在模具设计时必须考虑倒扣位的脱模方式,设计这类注射模的关键在于型芯的拆分以及拆分后各型芯动作的先后顺序。基于以上思路,介绍了3种比较新颖的脱模方式,并阐述了其工作过程和设计要点。这3种脱模方式均具有结构简单、动作可靠的特点,但每种设计又各具特色,可根据塑件和工厂的实际情况适当选择。Special way of demolding should be considered in designing mould for a component with internal circle undercut. The key points are splitting of cores and action sequence of cores after splitting. Three novel demolding ways were developed for the purpose. The operating principle and design points were described. These three methods are different in unique features but all simplified in structure and reliable in action and can be applied according to practical conditions.
