气相色谱法检测卡介菌多糖核酸注射剂中的单糖

摘　　要：用三氟乙酸水解卡介菌多糖核酸注射剂，制成糖腈乙酰酯衍生物，用气相色谱法对该制剂多种单糖进行检测。Six monosaccharide derivatives of ribose, arabinose. xylose, mannose. glucose and galactose in the polysaccharides-nucleic acid (PSNAI from BCG were determined using gas chromatography. PSNA was hydrolysed to monosaccharides with trifluroacetic acid, which were then derivatiz to relevant aldononitrile acetate using hydroxylamine hydrochloride in pyridine solution and acetic oxide as derivatizing reagents. Analytical column was packed with 1% DEGS and 0. 4% XE-60/Gas Chrom-Q. These monosaccharides were well separated, with their recoveries over 92%, respectively.
