反相高效液相色谱法测定广西血竭中龙血素B的含量

摘　　要：本文采用反相高效液相色谱法测定广西血竭中龙血素Ｂ的含量。以炔诺酮作内标，乙腈—冰醋酸溶液（１→９０）（３９∶６１）为流动相，ＵＶ检测波长为２６０ｎｍ，龙血素Ｂ浓度在２０～１２０μｇ／ｍｌ，与峰面积呈线性相关（ｒ＝０．９９９９；回归方程Ｙ＝０．０１５８３Ｘ＋０．００４２）。加样回收率为９７．５％，相对标准偏差为１．８％（ｎ＝６）。A HPLC method of the quantitative determination of Loureirin B in Resina Draconis has been developed by using aμ-Bondapak C18 column, a UV detertor wavelenth is set at 260nm and norethisterone is used as the internal standard. The mobile phase is acetonitrile-acetic acid solution (39:61). A good linear correlation is found in the range of 20 to 120μg/ml of Loureirin B. The regression equation obtained is Y=0. 0042+0. 05183X, the correlation coefficient is 0. 9999. The average recovery rate and the RSD are 97. 50%, 1. 78% respectively.
