试论海洋类高校学生海洋文化素养的培育

摘　　要：海洋文化素养主要由海洋文化知识、海洋文化意识和海洋文化心理特征等构成。培育海洋类高校学生的海洋文化素养,有助于形成办学特色,也有利于提高教学质量和学生的人文素养。目前海洋类高校学生的海洋文化素养具有偏知识性、快速发展性和创新优质性特点,从一定程度上体现了我国高校海洋文化教育的长处和不足。对此,我们应采取科学而有效的措施,构建浓厚的物质性海洋文化氛围,优化海洋文化教学体系,开展多样的学生涉海实践活动。Marine cultural accomplishments include knowledge, awareness and psychological features of marine culture. The cultivation of marine cultural accomplishments among students in ocean universities is conducive to a university to form its specialty, improve its teaching quality and enhance its students＇ cultural accomplishments. Currently, marine cultural accomplishments in ocean universities are of knowledgeorientation, fast growth and creativeness,which, to some extend, reflects the advantage and disadvantage of marine culture education in colleges and universities. Therefore, we should adopt scientific and effective measures, construct tangible marine culture atmosphere, maximize our marine culture educational system and launch diverse marine activities for the students.
