摘　　要：概述《2006年海事劳工公约》产生的背景及主要内容,分析公约的特点,阐述公约可能对国际海事社会及中国海运业产生的影响。The adoption of this Convention has far-reaching impact on the world maritime industry. Firstly, the background and the main content of the convention above are outlined on this paper. Secondly, the Characteristic of the convention above is analyzed. In the end, the impact of the convention above on the international maritime industry including ours is mainly illustrated.
