摘　　要：论述了湿润区域水资源供需分析及合理配置方法研究的必要性,及其对建立湿润地区水资源安全利用模式的重要意义;相比北方地区水问题研究特征,指出了在解决湿润地区水资源研究目标、内容及关键技术等方面应特别要考虑的问题;阐述了南方区域水资源供需分析及配置方法研究的主要目标,并较为具体地提出了该类区域水资源供需分析及合理配置的模型系统框架。The necessity to study the methodology for water resources supply-demand and ratio- nal allocation in southern wet regions and the significance to establish the model of water resources secure utilization were expounded. Several practical procedures to solve water resources issues in wet regions were pointed out which concerned studying objectives, contents and key techniques, in contrast with the characteristics of water research in northern regions. The aim to study water resources supply-demand and rational allocation in southern wet regions was proposed, and a more detailed model system structure was described.
