摘 要:针对高温油井测量环境对基于光纤非本征法-珀干涉仪(EFPI)的温度和压力传感器性能的要求,采用了微型光谱仪测量干涉光谱和相关计算的波长解调方法,使EFPI腔长绝对分辨率达到0.25nm,相应传感器的温度和压力相对测量分辨率达到0.02%;利用双LED光源交替工作,实现温度和压力同时测量;对EFPI传感器结构进行了优化设计,降低了传感器的温度-压力交叉敏感性,在0~20MPa的压力变化范围内,对温度测量的影响小于0.2%,在20~300℃温度变化范围内,对压力测量的影响小于1%,满足高温采油井井下测量的要求.To meet the need of the temperature and pressure measurement in high temperature oil wells, an EFPI (Extrinsic Fabry-Perot Interferometric) based fiber-optic temperature/pressure sensor has been developed. The interference spectrum reflected from EFPI sensor head is measured with a miniature spectrometer and demodulated with a cross correlation algorithm. A cavity length resolution of 0. 25nm, corresponding to the pressure resolution of 0. 02 % has been achieved. The temperature-pressure cross sensitivity is decreased through the structure and material optimization of the EFPI sensor head. For temperature measurement, the pressure interference is less than 0. 2% in the pressure variation range from 0 to 20 MPa, and for pressure measurement, the temperature influence is less than 1% in the temperature variation range from 20 to 300℃. This sensor system is specially suitable for the down-hole measurement and other harsh environment application.
